**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 0005 dated 31.1.2018 registered at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B IPC.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner is the father of Ranbir Singh who said to have enticed the girl. He further submits that in the statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the victim had supported the son of the petitioner and the girl is over 17 years old and she did not accompany her parents and now is in Nari Niketan and challan has been presented.

Apparently, there are no allegations against the petitioner. The girl was recovered and is now lodged in Nari Niketan. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing Gurpreet Singh Bhatia 2018.05.31 10:00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh
