The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry into the representation dated 23.12.2025, Annexure P1. 2.

Learned counsel submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide her representation dated 23.12.2025 (Annexure P1).
