  The instant petition has been filed for quashing of FIR bearing No.62 dated 06.06.2024 registered under Sections 323, 427, 379-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 [Sections 115(2), 324, 309 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023)] at Police Station Sadar Patiala, District Patiala. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition so as to avail alternative remedies at an appropriate stage, if so necessitated, in accordance with law. Disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
