**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the hands of private respondent Nos.4 to 6. In this regard, she has submitted a detailed representation dated 05.05.2016 (Annexure P-1) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda (respondent No.2) as well as to the Station House Officer, Police Station Rampura City (respondent No.3) but no action has been taken thereon.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda (respondent No.2) to look into the representation dated 05.05.2016 (Annexure P-2), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
