Heard.

In view of the averments made in the application supported by an affidavit of Gurpreet Singh, the applicant/petitioner No.2, the same is allowed and Sections 452, 454 and 380 IPC are ordered to be added in the prayer clause as well as in the headnote of the main petition.

MAIN CASE The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.125 dated 02.05.2017 registered under Sections 323, 324, 427, 506, 452, 454, 380 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Nissing, Mohd. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, in pursuance to the orders dated 06.06.2017 and 11.12.2017, have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Surinder Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the weapon used in the offence has been recovered and the petitioner are not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 06.06.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
