***** HARSH BUNGER J. (Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Punjab, 2.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Same was the position on last date of hearing i.e. 07.05.2024 as well. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant matter any further.

Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
