This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 59 dated 30.03.2017 under sections 420, 506, 120B IPC at Police Station Mandi Goibindgarh, District Fatehgarh Sahib. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 07.06.2017, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation.
In view of the above, order dated 07.06.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
