By way of present petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, contempt proceedings are sought to be initiated against the respondents towards alleged willful non-compliance of order dated 08.08.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-17418 of 2022.

Learned counsel representing the respondents submits that the order qua which the contempt proceedings have been sought, stands complied with and a speaking order dated 31.07.2024 has been passed, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition with liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 4.

Dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty. 5.

Rule stands discharged.
