(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case registered by way of FIR No.281 dated 29.11.2016 at Police Station City/Kotwali District Faridkot, under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of orders of interim bail dated 23.01.2017 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Gurcharan Singh, Police Station Kotwali District Faridkot who submits that the petitioner is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.
However, keeping in view the stand of the Investigating Officer and the stand of the State, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.01.2017 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.(challan). Thereafter, SUNIL DEVI 2017.04.
CRM-M-2136-2017 -2petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
