(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners in case FIR No.61 dated 17.05.2017 registered under Sections 452, 436, 323, 148, 149 IPC and Section 25/27 of the Arms Act at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozpur.

Mr. Raman Goklaney, Advocate has appeared on his own and filed vakalatnama on behalf of the complainant, though he has not been impleaded as party. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place.

On instructions from investigating officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have rejoined the investigation in compliance of order dated 05.09.2018 and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 24.05.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
