At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has forwarded copy of the order dated 17.10.2022, vide which the regular bail petition preferred by the similar situated co-accused, namely, Vishwajeet @ Monu, was dismissed by this Court. In view of the said order, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.

Dismissed not pressed.
