The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of order dated 04.09.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Chandigarh whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered as infructuous as the complaint in the present case has been withdrawn.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
