RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Israr and Jahagir in case FIR No.88 dated 30.04.2017 under Sections 379, 411, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar. On instructions from ASI Charanjit, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 09.06.2017 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
