ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) This petition is pending since 2020 and on the last date of hearing, it was observed that despite repeated dates, no argument is advanced on behalf of the petitioner.

As per the petition, there is a violation of the order dated 17.02.1988 vide which status quo regarding the possession was directed to be maintained.

It is alleged that the respondents on 08.02.2023, 09.02.2023 and 18.02.2023, had tried to interfere in the possession of the petitioner/plaintiff.

Apparently, the alleged attempt was made 07 years ago prior to filing of this contempt petition and there is no allegation that subsequently any attempt was made to interfere in the possession of the petitioner/plaintiff.

Dismissed.
