The petitioner has challenged the notices issued u/s 13 (2) and 13 (4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,2002. 3.

This petition was entertained by this Court on the ground of non-functioning of DRT-II. Today, learned counsel for the State informs that DRT-II is now functioning, therefore the petitioner is free to approach the DRT-II.
