***** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was entitled for the grant of ACP, which benefit has not been extended to him that too without any valid reason.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in the present case, the petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus, but, the petitioner has not raised the claim, which has been raised in the present petition, before the authorities concerned. Hence, the present petition is not maintainable. Learned counsel for the respondents further submits that in case, the petitioner raises the grievances before the authorities concerned, the same will be considered in accordance with law and appropriate order will be passed by the concerned authorities within a period two months from the date of receipt of any such representation.
