(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the concession of bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.121 dated 25.12.2022 under Sections 21, 23, 27-A, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur, a prayer for withdrawal of the instant petition has been made.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
