******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) CRM-24172-2019 Application is allowed and reply by way of affidavit of respondent no. 2 alongwith copy of FIR (Annexure R-1) is taken on record as, subject to all just exceptions.

CRM-M-22315-21018 Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 submits that after the compromise petitioner started threatening respondent no. 2, who had to file petition (CWP-13781-2019) seeking protection to his life and liberty, which was disposed of on 22.05.2019, as such, the alleged compromise no more sustains.

The compromise in this case is fizzled out.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to file fresh one in the event of any fresh compromise taking place between the parties at later stage.
