Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite repeated remainders/calls to the petitioner, no body has responded. He further submits that as on date, he has no instructions, and therefore, is unable to assist the Court any further in this matter.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 4.
