**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in complaint case No. 4491/13, wherein the petitioners have been summoned vide order dated 10.12.2013 (Annexure P-2).
Notice of motion was issued and interim protection was granted to the petitioners, vide order dated 23.2.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners has placed before this Court order dated 5.3.2015 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra, to show that in compliance of the order dated 23.2.2015 passed by this Court, petitioners have
CRM-M-21400 of 2014 -2surrendered before the court and they were released on interim bail, as directed by this Court. He further submits that the petitioners undertake to keep attending every date of hearing before the learned trial court. They also undertake to abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. He concluded by submitting that under the circumstances of the case, petitioners deserve the concession of the anticipatory bail. He prays for allowing the present petition. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Nafe Singh Police Station, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra, submits that petitioners are not required in any other case. Learned counsel for the complainant does not seriously oppose the present petition for anticipatory bail. In view of the above, order dated 23.2.2015 passed by this Court is made absolute, however, subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
Disposed of, accordingly.
