Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has since been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the main petition under Section 125 CrPC for grant of maintenance itself stands decided. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
