Mr. Ranjit Saini, Advocate, for the petitioners. **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioners are seeking quashing of order dated 21.02.2019 (P-6) whereby they have been ordered to be deputed to Government College Girls, Gulha Cheeka.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been sent on deputation vide impugned order just on the ground that false complaint dated 04.09.2018 has been registered against them by respondent No.

4. The petitioners gave their reply to the show cause notice but without conducting any enquiry with regard to allegations levelled by respondent No. 4, the petitioners have been deputed from Government College Saha to Government College Girls, Gulha Cheeka.

This order at this stage is not going into the allegations levelled against the petitioners. The petitioners have only been sent on deputation, which is not even a permanent transfer. In the education department, the person can only be deputed for eight months.

Keeping in view the fact that it is a temporary arrangement, the present petition stands dismissed.
