ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that challan has been presented in the Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already joined investigation in compliance with interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 07.06.2017 and is ready to face the proceedings, in accordance with law.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Som Lal, concedes to this position and further states that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
