The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.01 dated 03.01.2018 registered under Sections 323, 34, 376, 406, 498-A, 506, 511 IPC at Police Station Madlauda, Panipat.

By an order dated 24.05.2018 while issuing notice of motion, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the after the petitioner had joined investigation, the matter has been investigated and challan has been presented and therefore, his custodial interrogation would not be required.
