**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 09.03.2019 (P-4) whereby the transfer of the petitioner from Chandigarh to Hisar has been cancelled. The petitioner was transferred from Chandigarh to Hisar, vide order dated 08.03.2019 and he joined on 09.03.2019 against respondent No. 3 but the transfer order dated 08.03.2019 has been cancelled on 09.03.2019 by respondent No. 1. On a specific query put by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that respondent No. 2 is working in Hisar for the last 02 years and petitioner was working in Chandigarh since August 2018. Keeping in view the fact that both petitioner and respondent No. 3 have not completed the requisite time at particular place, the impugned order has rightly been passed.

Dismissed.
