RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Nirmal Singh, in case FIR No. 43 dated 01.03.2019 registered under Section 18 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sirsa Sadar, District Sirsa. On instructions from ASI Krishan Kumar, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.03.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
