(Oral) Today at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to approach the trial Court for grant of regular bail. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court so as to seek regular bail. In case, the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within 10 day from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail, the trial Court shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of 4 days from filing of such application keeping in view the fact that the petitioner is not named in the FIR.
