RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to official respondent No.2 to construct the pakka water course as per the approval by respondent No.4 on 07.09.2011 at Chak of outlet at RD 116422-R, Bhiwani Disty. of village Behlba, Tehsil Meham, District Rohtak.

Notice was issued in this case to the State. On the last date of hearing, learned State counsel, on instructions, submitted before this Court that the matter for redressal of grievances of the petitioner and other similarly situated farmers is under consideration before MICADA. She has further submitted before this Court, on instructions from Mr.Bijender Kumar, Sub Divisional Officer, Sub Division Bhiwani, that the matter is already under consideration before MICADA and in the next week the same would be sent to the Government for necessary approval. She has submitted that the necessary work for redressal of the grievances raised in MEENU 2023.12.16 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-7656-2022 -2the petition would be completed by March 2024. In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of. The grievances raised by the petitioner would be completed by March 2024. However, petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his remedy in case any further cause of action accrues to him.
