NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J (Oral) Learned counsel submits that he has specific instructions from the appellant that he (appellant) would deposit the due amount of compensation before learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-II, Jind, for making payment to the claimant/respondent, within three months of passing of this order. He further submits that in view of the instructions received, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.
