ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.82 dated 15.05.2017 registered under Sections 21/61/85 of the NDPS Act and 27-A of the NDPS Act (added later) at Police Station Jakhal, District Fatehabad.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 08.06.2017, the petitioner has already appeared before the Investigating Officer, joined the investigation and is no longer required for any further investigation.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Raghbir Singh, has not disputed the factual assertions. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 08.06.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
