The petitioner filed a writ petition being aggrieved of order dated 30.05.2017 of dismissal in default passed by Lok Adalat. The writ petition was disposed of on 27.10.2017 relegating the petitioner to move appropriate application before the Forum. Learned counsel for the respondents states that application moved for restoration was considered and allowed, thereafter, main case was disposed of on 08.05.2019. None has put in appearance for the petitioner inspite of two pass-overs.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
