Learned State counsel submits that the complaint, Annexure P4, dated 09.09.2025 already stands enquired and decided with an observation that since the photographs were published in a newspaper at Jalandhar, the petitioner can file a complaint before the concerned authority in the said district, in view of which, his learned Senior counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition to file it before the appropriate authorities.
