Upon notice, Deputy Commissioner,Karnal has filed his affidavit stating therein that allegation of illegal cutting of trees standing on shamlat land was properly investigation and nothing incriminating was found against the alleged suspects. CRM-M 21429/2015 that proper approval had been obtained from the Panchayat Samiti. In view of the contents of the reply, no further orders are required in the present petition.
