R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondents no. 2 and 3 to complete the investigation of FIR No. 129 dated 25.07.2013 for offence under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Zira, District Feorzepur and to submit final report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. before the trial Court without being influenced by any enquiry conducted by NRI Wing. Further direction is sought to respondents no. 1 and 2 to hand over over the investigation of the said case to any other independent agency Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Gurdeep Singh submits that final report was filed before the Magistrate on 01.04.2015. The complainant has also made statement on 03.04.2015 not agreeing with the report. It is further submitted that the Magistrate is yet to pass order.
The instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to have his appropriate remedy before the Magistrate or any other alternative remedy, in accordance with law. April 24, 2015 ( R.P.
