Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the respondent(s) to award compensation to the tune of ₹ 80 lacs to the petitioner, on account of her becoming electrocuted and resultantly becoming permanently disabled, i.e. amputation of upper limb, right lower limb, right and left foot.

The learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 3 to 7 informs this Court that, vide policy bearing Office Order No.10, I.R.O. 676, Dated 08.12.2023, the respondent(s)/P.S.P.C.L. has constituted an authority and provided a mechanism for payment of compensation to the victims or their heirs for fatal/non-fatal accidents. 3.
In view of the above, since the grievance raised in the instant DEVINDER YADAV 2025.03.07 09:44 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
CWP-6043-2025 writ petition is amenable for being redressed by the authority concerned, as constituted vide the policy (supra), hence the petitioner is relegated to the authority concerned for redressal of her grievance. In case, the petitioner approaches the authority concerned within a month from today, through instituting an apt motion, the latter shall make endeavour to decide the said motion within three months therefrom. 4.
Disposed of accordingly.
