HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN H.S. MADAAN , J. (Oral) Learned counsel appearing for the appellants states that he does not have any instructions to appear on behalf of the appellants. He further states that though he had written letters to the appellants but those have not evoked any response. It seems that the appellants are not interested in further prosecution of the appeal. The same stands dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to the appellants to get it revived if any cause of action still survives.
