**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case FIR No. 98 dated 28.04.2017 under Sections 354, 294 & 509 IPC registered at Police City Uklana, District Hisar.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 99.06.2017 :- " Notice of motion for 24.07.2017.

The petitioner is directed to join the investigations and fully cooperate with the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on ad interim anticipatory bail in FIR No. 98 dated 28.04.2017 under Sections 354, 294, 509 IPC registered at Police Station City Uklana, District Hisar on furnishing the bail bond/surety bond to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer." CRM-M-21491-2017 -2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined the investigating and no recovery is to be effected from him. No useful purpose would be served by sending in jail. Learned State counsel on instructions submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 09.06.2017, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 09.06.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation and will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. 24.07.2017 (JAISHREE THAKUR) Satyawan JUDGE Whether speaking/reasoned Yes.
