SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No. 4 to 6, mother and relatives of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 01.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The date of birth of petitioner No.1-Nisha is 28.06.1995 as per copy of High School Examination Certificate (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Parveen is 04.01.1991 as per copy of Voter Identity Card (Annexure P-2). They allegedly got married on 01.07.2015. Photographs of marriage are Annexure P-3.
In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.08 14:15 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
