Learned State counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody only for 10 months and 11 days and commercial quantity of contraband, it being 800 grams of heroin has been recovered from the envelop kept inside the shirt of the petitioner, in view of which, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 2.
