Keeping in view the nature of the restricted prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner & the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of certified copy of this order. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
