Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 39 dated 12.3.2016, registered under Section(s) 323, 326, 148, 149 & 506 IPC at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar (Rural).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and even the alleged weapon, used for commission of offence, has already been recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner further contended that subsequently, the parties have settled their disputes and are ready to file petition for quashing of FIR. Thus, petitioner be released on pre-arrest bail.
