SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This petition is for seeking protection of life and liberty of petitioners, who alleged to have married against the wishes of respondents No.3 and 4, maternal uncles of petitioner No.1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer for taking appropriate action in accordance with law on the representation dated 02.07.2015 (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioners. It has been stated that both the petitioners are major. The year of birth of petitioner No.1-Avneet Kaur is 1989 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-1) and that of petitioner No.2-Sachin is 1985 as per copy of Aadhaar Card (Annexure P-2). They allegedly got married on 26.06.2015. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, but without expressing any opinion on the validity of marriage of petitioners, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the representation dated SACHIN MEHTA 2015.07.07 12:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
