**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 15 dated 17.1.2018 registered at Police Station Lalru, District SAS Nagar, Mohali under Sections 363, 366-A IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act were also added.
Registry is directed to make necessary additions in the head note as well as prayer clause of the petition. The petitioner is in custody since 16.2.2018. The victim has not supported the prosecution story and had turned hostile. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and considering the fact that the trial will take time to conclude, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Duty Magistrate.
