(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.125 dated 02.05.2017 registered under Sections 323, 324, 427, 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Nissing, District Karnal. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, in pursuance to the orders dated 06.06.2017 and 11.12.2017, has already appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from SI Surinder Singh, has not disputed the factual position and submits that the petitioner is no more required for further investigation as the weapon used in the offence has been recovered.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 06.06.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
