The present appeal pertains to the year 1999. Vide order dated 22.10.2024 notices were issued to the appellants. As per the Office report, appellant No.1 stands duly served and appellant No.2 is an employee of appellant No.1. None has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants today. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
