(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of complaint bearing No.COMA/4594/2022 dated 02.06.2022 titled as Employees State Insurance Corporation Vs. M/s Jet Sparkel Facility Management (P) Ltd (Anneuxre P-1) and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some inadvertent error in this petition, he has filed another petition and wishes to withdraw the present petition.
