RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners, namely, Daljit Singh and Sukhjinder Singh in case FIR No.17 dated 10.03.2017 under Sections 295, 506 and 34 IPC registered at Police Station Fattu Dhinga, District Kapurthala.

On instructions from ASI Dalwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 09.06.2017 passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
