Through this writ petition, the petitioner, who is an elected Sarpanch of Village Rahal, Block Cholla Sahib, Tehsil Khadur Sahib, District Tarn Taran, prays for issuance of the writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 30.03.2021, whereby the Administrator was appointed to spend the grants received by the Panchayat, after noticing that the Sarpanch does not have the requisite quorum. 2.
