Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, and without commenting anything as regards the merits of the assertions made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, to consider the matter pertaining to the alleged threat perception of the petitioner, provided the petitioner submits a representation in respect of the same within two weeks from today.
