******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Criminal Complaint no. 1468 dated 02.09.2015 titled 'Baljinder Singh vs. Gurbhagat Singh' for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, pending in Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bathinda.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court on 13.06.2017 and has been allowed interim bail under order dated 09.06.2017.

As petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court, this petition is allowed and order dated 09.06.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioner will keep on appearing before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing.
